Stormwater 4.0: Intelligent solutions for stormwater management
At IFAT fair 2016 we will present innovative solutions for stormwater management.
Due to "Smart Cisterns" the existing storage space of conventional rainwater cisterns can also be used for the retention of heavy rainfalls. Thus, the risk of flooding can be reduced.
By the system “TempoSWR” heavily contaminated discharges, e.g. from industrial facilities and hospitals, can be stored during combined sewer overflows (CSO). Thereby, water body pollution can be reduced efficiently.
Tree-trenches combine trees and infiltration-trenches. Through increased evaporation, they contribute to an improved city climate.
We will demonstrate these new systems with models and computer animations in Hall A5 stand 227/326.
